2017 Winter Tale point event chart with an exclusive OTs-44 (RF) skin reward on 1800 points.
The date for this point event is the same between Chinese servers and Korean server. Considering how easy these conditions are I do not expect KR server to have different or shuffled conditions.
Note the furniture coin spending mission on Week 3. Since it's around the time for Christmas I would say it's safe to assume that we are getting a new wave of Christmas themed skins.
